Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and manage email correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage the daily calendar of senior staff members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supply levels, coordinate with vendors for maintenance, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and well-stocked.

Qualifications
