Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and route inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain office equipment
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and confidential documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory control systems
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for 50+ attendees
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize administrative workflows
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of office administration or executive support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
