Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidential documents
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions including onboarding and records maintenance
- Assist with event planning and meeting logistics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 2+ years of administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
