Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM), including greeting visitors and handling calls
- Perform accurate data entry for patient records, inventory logs, and scheduling systems
- Process incoming communications and escalate urgent matters to on-call personnel
- Maintain security protocols and access control for after-hours facility entry
- Prepare daily shift reports and administrative documentation
- Coordinate with daytime staff to ensure seamless transition of information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in receptionist or administrative roles
- Proficient in data entry with 10,000+ keystrokes per hour and 98% accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in high-pressure nocturnal environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
