Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and direct communications to appropriate departments
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff during evening hours
- Perform comprehensive administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and scheduling
- Coordinate office operations during night shifts, ensuring security and efficiency
- Manage mail processing, package handling, and office supply inventory
- Support cross-functional teams with urgent after-hours requests

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
