Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
- Call Handling: Manage the multi-line phone system with poise, answering inquiries and routing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals promptly.
- Security & Access Control: Monitor building access points, verify visitor credentials, and assist in maintaining a secure facility during off-peak hours.
- Administrative Support: Perform light data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing to ensure office operations run smoothly.
- Mail & Package Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries for the night shift staff.
- Facility Oversight: Conduct routine checks of common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
