Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor during night hours.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take accurate messages and relay information promptly.
- Security Access: Monitor access logs, verify visitor credentials, and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
- Facility Coordination: Assist with light administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining night shift logs.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with delivery personnel and service vendors ensuring smooth operations during non-business hours.
- Issue Resolution: Address visitor inquiries and resolve minor facility issues independently or escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk assistant is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer operations, Microsoft Office Suite, and phone systems.
