Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle incoming calls and triage communications to appropriate departments
- Maintain electronic health records and scheduling systems
- Assist with patient registration and insurance verification
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of front desk or reception experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
