- Manage multi-line phone systems with exceptional professionalism during overnight hours
- Coordinate patient check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling with precision

- Coordinate communication between departments and overnight medical staff
- Handle emergency triage protocols and escalate critical situations appropriately
- Ensure reception area remains secure, clean, and organized throughout shift

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems

- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
