Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Greet and assist visitors with check-in procedures
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain security protocols for after-hours access
- Update and manage digital calendars and scheduling
- Perform light administrative tasks (filing, data entry)

Qualifications
