Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes during night hours with accuracy and empathy
- Handle multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, and routing calls appropriately
- Maintain secure patient records and confidential information per HIPAA standards
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and urgent response protocols
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory management
- Manage facility access control and security procedures during overnight shifts
- Prepare daily reports and ensure immaculate reception area cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records systems
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure
