Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Screen and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
- Register patients using EMR systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate visitor access while adhering to security protocols
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and record management
- Assist with emergency triage procedures during off-hours
- Maintain clean and organized reception area
- Communicate effectively with night-shift medical staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for occasional errands)
