- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare daily reports, invoices, and correspondence for the next business day.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or Administrative Support Specialist.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
