As the Night Shift Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for emergency inquiries and the guardian of our physical assets during the overnight hours. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a night shift differential.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and overnight deliveries with accuracy.
- Monitor building security systems, including access control and alarm checks.
- Perform routine data entry, filing, and document management for the night shift.
- Assist in light facility maintenance and inventory checks for overnight stock.
- Respond to phone inquiries and dispatch emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe office environment throughout the night.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a rotational schedule.
- Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
