Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets with 99%+ accuracy.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents according to company protocols.
- Answer incoming phone calls during night hours and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense reporting.
- Perform night inventory checks and manage stock levels for office supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure data continuity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry and general office administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
