Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Process and input large volumes of data into company databases with a focus on speed and zero errors.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital records in strict adherence to company protocols.
- Communication Support: Monitor and respond to emails and internal communication channels during the night shift.
- Inventory Control: Assist with nightly stock checks and inventory logging for office supplies and materials.
- Report Generation: Compile daily reports based on entered data and ensure they are ready for the morning team review.
- Office Maintenance: Perform basic night-time security checks and ensure the office environment is tidy and secure.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or data entry.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work a Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
