Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during evening and overnight hours, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take accurate messages, and screen visitors according to established protocols.
- Monitor building security systems, including access control and surveillance cameras, to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for employees and guests, including verifying identification and processing paperwork.
- Perform light administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining night shift logs.
- Assist with facility maintenance requests and coordinate with on-call staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk agent (1+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shifts.
- Familiarity with office equipment, computers, and phone systems is essential.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
