You will be responsible for maintaining our digital databases, processing nightly reports, and supporting the night management team to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on speed and accuracy (99%+ accuracy rate).
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls during the night shift, routing inquiries to the correct department.
- Greet and direct visitors to ensure a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and interoffice documents for timely distribution.
- Prepare and compile nightly administrative reports and logs.
- Update and maintain company contact lists and digital filing systems.
- Operate office equipment, including printers, scanners, and multi-line telephone systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or data entry role.
- Mandatory availability to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Typing speed of at least 40-50 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
