Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and employee data into the company database using various software platforms.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Perform routine office tasks including answering phones, sorting mail, and preparing reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
- Assist in generating invoices and processing payments during the night shift.
- Monitor office security systems and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office assistance.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
