Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize high-volume email correspondence and phone inquiries during night hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital filing systems for evening records.
- Schedule and coordinate evening meetings and prepare necessary agenda materials.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed for the night shift team.
- Assist leadership with ad-hoc projects and special evening assignments.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully operational.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity levels in a quiet environment.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
