- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for 15+ executives
- Process confidential documents with discretion and maintain accurate filing systems
- Handle incoming communications via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence in Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports using Concur
- Support cross-departmental projects with data entry and document management
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly or Acuity
- Flexibility to work nights (6 PM - 2 PM) with occasional weekend coverage
