- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating cross-departmental communications
- Process confidential documents, expense reports, and financial transactions with precision
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for night shift operations
- Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and virtual platforms during off-hours
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with data security protocols
- Coordinate logistics for international meetings, including time zone conversions and documentation
- Support HR functions onboarding night shift staff and processing payroll documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years administrative experience with night shift or flexible schedule exposure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven experience in financial documentation
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to manage sensitive information
