- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Process payroll, expense reports, and invoices using accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory management and vendor relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Advanced typing skills (65+ WPM) with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks and calendar management systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and independent work ethic
