Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment booking for executive teams
- Handle confidential document processing, data entry, and record-keeping with precision
- Provide exceptional phone and email support during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and facilitate after-hours task delegation
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory, and supply chain logistics
- Execute billing, invoicing, and expense reconciliation processes
- Support onboarding and training for night shift staff protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience with night shift or flexible hours
