Responsibilities

- Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for global teams
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and digital documentation systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll documentation with precision
- Support cross-departmental projects by compiling data and preparing executive reports
- Act as primary point of contact for overnight emergencies and urgent requests
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and supply inventory during night shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM
