- Process payroll timesheets and expense reports with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate international conference schedules across multiple time zones
- Maintain digital and physical document management systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for overnight facility operations and emergencies
- Prepare executive reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate logistics for cross-departmental projects during off-hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in fast-paced environment
