Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping systems
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation with precision
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor communications
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Support cross-departmental projects during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years administrative support experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with occasional overtime
