- Support inventory management of office supplies and equipment
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for executive staff
- Monitor building security protocols and access systems during overnight hours
- Prepare daily operational reports and handover documentation for day teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or office support experience
