The Role:
As our Local Receptionist, you will be the face of our company. You will manage our front desk operations, ensuring every visitor and caller feels valued and attended to immediately.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and manage the reception area to ensure a professional appearance.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional tone, screen messages, and relay information accurately.
- Scheduling Support: Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle mail distribution, process incoming faxes, and perform basic data entry as needed.
- Customer Relations: Address client questions and concerns with patience and efficiency to maintain our high standard of service.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders to ensure the office is always fully stocked.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar customer service role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
