- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments with proper documentation
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including photocopying and filing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement requests
- Support special projects as needed by management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficient in data entry with 45+ WPM typing speed
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
