Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors with a warm demeanor and directing them to appropriate contacts/departments
- Managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism and efficiency
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate calendars
- Performing data entry and maintaining confidential client records
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Assisting with office supply inventory management
- Coordinating facility access and visitor badges
- Supporting staff with basic administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (including evenings/weekends)
