Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee general office administration, including mail processing, filing, and supply management to ensure a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
- Customer & Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, update databases, and assist with data entry tasks with a focus on high precision.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled professionally.
- Document Preparation: Create, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office equipment functionality and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar office support role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
