Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a strict focus on speed and absolute accuracy.
- Input, verify, and update customer and employee information into secure database systems.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist with general office administration, including scanning, photocopying, and mail sorting.
- Answer incoming phone lines and route calls to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Prepare daily reports and compile statistics using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in data entry or general office administration is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.
