Responsibilities
- Manage overnight document processing, filing, and record maintenance for municipal departments
- Coordinate emergency response communications during night shift hours
- Prepare daily reports, correspondence, and official documentation with precision
- Operate municipal software systems including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Provide frontline administrative support to night-shift city employees and contractors
- Monitor and prioritize incoming requests through digital ticketing systems
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive municipal information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in local government or municipal setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with document management systems (SharePoint preferred)
