Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries, ensuring all communications are handled professionally and promptly.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Financial Administration: Process invoices, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records and petty cash logs.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
