Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and arrange high-priority meetings
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire materials and facilitating orientations
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings and client functions
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative certification (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support or office coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex schedules
