Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and etiquette
- Greet visitors warmly, coordinate schedules, and maintain reception area excellence
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with precision
- Support office operations including supply inventory, meeting coordination, and document management
- Administer visitor badges and security protocols for compliance
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding processes and candidate coordination
- Maintain digital calendars and coordinate complex meeting arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred
