Responsibilities
- Manage office schedules and calendars, including coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Support the team with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and assist with procurement when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates
