Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phones and routing calls professionally.
- Handle general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Prepare and maintain organized records, files, and databases to ensure easy access to information.
- Coordinate schedules, book meeting rooms, and assist with travel arrangements when necessary.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace is fully equipped.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Greet visitors and provide a welcoming experience at the front desk.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
