Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and messaging
- Coordinate executive calendar scheduling and meeting logistics
- Oversee visitor protocol including badge issuance and conference room coordination
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package logistics
- Assist with office supply inventory management and vendor relationships
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and documentation
- Maintain immaculate reception area presentation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years corporate receptionist experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Discretion with confidential information
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (preferred)
