Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with discretion
- Oversee office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for supplies/services
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and meeting materials using MS Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain digital filing systems
- Support onboarding processes and maintain HR documentation compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure situations
- Discretion handling confidential information and executive support
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
