- Perform accurate data entry for client information, appointments, and correspondence using CRM systems
- Coordinate office communications including emails, memos, and internal announcements
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, mail processing, and supply inventory

Qualifications
