Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and administrative systems
- Greet and assist visitors with professional courtesy and efficiency
- Coordinate office calendars and schedule meetings for executive team
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Process and distribute incoming documents with attention to confidentiality
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report submissions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in receptionist or administrative roles
- Proficient in MS Office Suite with 60+ WPM typing accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
