Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings and conference rooms using digital tools
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with meticulous tracking
- Assist with onboarding new employees and office supply inventory
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and security protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional receptionist or administrative experience
