Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Screen incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel or take detailed messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers in a timely manner.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records using office software.
- Organize and maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
