Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and clients warmly, managing the front desk reception area with efficiency and professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage the calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room setups.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist other departments with clerical tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
