Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform general office duties such as mail sorting, package receiving, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for executive staff using Google Calendar or MS Outlook.
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
