Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering a multi-line phone system.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for daily operations and client records.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence.
- Process incoming mail and distribute it to appropriate departments.
- Update company databases and ensure data integrity.
- Support the sales and operations teams with general administrative needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (45+ WPM) with a focus on data entry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
