Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain company records, databases, and customer information with a focus on high-speed typing and precision.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Scheduling: Manage the reception calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings for management staff.
- General Admin: Assist with mail processing, expense reports, and other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Attitude: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude.
