Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer and client information into our CRM and database systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, screen and route them, and take accurate messages for staff members.
- Mail & Filing: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail/packages efficiently.
- Schedule Management: Assist in maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Administrative Support: Prepare documents, handle basic accounting tasks, and support the office manager with various projects.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or data entry role is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication abilities.
